Associate Professor Rachael Hains-Wesson specialises in the following teaching and research areas: blended learning, reflective practice, Work-Integrated Learning, creative and performance writing, multimedia and professional writing. She brings a diverse set of skills that are backed with attention to detail, which enables her to develop curriculum frameworks that are at the cutting edge of innovation for higher education.

Dr Karen Young is an early career researcher with over fifteen years of experience in SME's from hospitality to human resource service SME's. She is currently working at Deakin University as Unit Chair in Work-integrated learning (WiL) with a project role in WiL curriculum development in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment. She was the lead representative for partner university Deakin University in the OLT Project: The Impact of WiL. Her doctorate was in Visual Culture from Monash University, and emergent research interests and projects are in WiL curricula, WiL assessment and reflective practices.

Dr Vikki Pollard has an interest in re-thinking reflective practice through using literary theory and practices. She's also written in the area of arts entrepreneurship education, creativity, management education, teacher education and ethnic-minority education. Vikki has a deep interest in the theories of Foucualt, Nietzsche, Freud and Malcolm Lowry.
